Today I'm sharing one of the cutest ideas from Stampin' Up! 'Tis the season to be in the mood for Fall home decor for sure. Pumpkins, Fall leaves, ghosties, & the fabulous colors of Fall are seen in nearly every store I visit. If you're in a crafty mood after being visually inspired with the seasonal color, how about trying these table decorations? One of SU's Sr. Staff Writers, Cindy B., shares her fun paper pumpkins with us today! Thanks a bunch (or thanks a "patch"?), Cindy!
Paper Pumpkins!
This fun project is a snap to make using the
Big Shot, the
Circles Collection Framelits Die, and our new
Motley Monsters Designer Series Paper.
Cut approximately twelve circles and make a paper pom pom
(http://www.stampinup.com/home/en-US/blog-post/corporate-blog/2013/04/16/tricky-tip-tuesday-pretty-pom-poms)—but before you start gluing the circles together, cut the bottoms off to allow the paper pumpkin to stand upright.
Cut a rectangular piece of scrap
Kraft Cardstock to create a stem and add a tag made using the
Ghoulish Greetings Stamp Set.
That’s it! Make a bunch of these to decorate your house for Halloween—or give them away as gifts!
Hope you'll enjoy using this idea for your own seasonal crafting & decor! Thanks for stopping by!
