Kraft Bag Gift Card!

Good morning, stampy friends!
Today I'm sharing a fun, yet truly easy-to-create idea for giving a gift card, or maybe a gift of game tickets, concert tickets, or even a super-special little photo-treasure.

Of course, if you're giving sports tickets to your favorite date, you could change up the tag embellishment to something more in tune with the team or the occasion.

This gift presentation is super easy.  Take a look!

I'd love to see your versions of this gift card presentation, so do  come back to share a link to yours!

Inky (((hugs))),

Have You Wandered Through the Roses?

Have you wandered through the roses with the beautiful Rose Wonder stamps and coordinating Rose Garden thinlits dies?   I'm re-sharing one of my class projects from my 1st Saturday class in January, because I want to share the many new ideas found in the video added below!

Very clean 'n simple ... 3 cardstocks, 1 ink, 1 stamp set with coordinating framelits, and the Big Shot!  Voila!  The Rose Wonder stamp set offers 8 sentiments  ... yes, 8!   I've used it 3 times so far this year for sympathy needs, and will be using "You're in my thoughts 'n prayers" yet again in the next few days.

Check out the Rose Wonder Bundle more completely in this video:

Now you can see why I feel the Rose Wonder bundle is truly value-packed with lots of options for your creativity.  Plus, during Sale-A-Bration you can add just 1 item to your bundle order and earn a free choice from the Sale-A-Bration catalog!  If your wish list goes farther ... please touch base with me via email.  I want to be sure you get the most bang for your buck, so to speak.

Remember to take a look at the latest Weekly Deals, too.  They're always listed over in the right-side column, and last only from Tuesday mornings until Monday nights.

A Tisket, a Tasket!

It's Friday .... Fabulous Friday!!   (Spoken especially for a couple of friends who have been counting down to the weekend.  (Psssssssssssssst, girls .... You made it!)

Yesterday was a 2-class day here in the studio.  The evening class is always a repeat of the morning class ... so it's really more of a participant rotation rather than a change in projects all in one day.  I'm always happy to hear requests from customers, and today's project was requested by a class attendee last month.  Thanks for the suggestion, Christie!
These little Peeps jumped into my cart the very first day I spotted them in a store last month ... just begging for a basket to be created especially for them.  I had little choice but to oblige!

I wondered how it would look "tuxedo style", so here's the one I demonstrated for the ladies to follow along.  Experimental try on the color scheme, and we all agreed that it's a favorite!  The darling little bows are so easy to make with the Bow Builder punch!

Here's an easy way to pick up a free choice from the Sale-A-Bration catty!  The Berry Basket Bigz die sells for $37.95.  By simply adding on another $12.05 in products to your basket die order, you'll qualify for your choice of one free Sale-A-Bration offerings!  Or if you would like to earn even more, please just let me know and I'll be glad to help you in any way that I can.

Now, here's a great little video on how to create with the Berry Basket Bigz die!

Nuggets, Gifting, & How To!

Hey there, m'friends!

I'm back again with another quick and easy gifting idea ... and ... another video tutorial to share!

Now this gifty happens to be "sweet".   And believe it or not .... ZERO Hershey's Nuggets were injured, maimed, bitten or eaten during the production or preparation of the following projects or video!   From Millan.Net Yep! I speak the truth.

These little gifties are easy-peasy ... and a basket full can be created in a very short time.  Vary the number of nuggets, change the colors or the season, get natural with twine or all prettied up with beautiful ribbons!
Whatever you do, have fun!  Turn on some Christmas music, sip some hot spiced cider, and bring out those Christmas papers 'n ribbons!

Let's Make Gift Card Envies!

Hey, hey, Stampy Friends!

Mr. Weatherman is convinced that the "polar vortex" is pouring itself across the USA early this week, from North to South.  NOT a snow bunny here ... I'll plan on stampin', hot cider, and/or hazelnut coffee while I attempt to be outside just as little as possible.

In that case, here's an idea that you might add to your stampin' time during cozy creative times ahead!

Don't think for even a minute that I'm already decorating for Christmas just yet.  Not at all.  But as many stampers & crafters have been doing, "creating" for Christmas is in full swing here.

Yeah .... once I got started, then the ideas started rushing out!  My favorite is the "WIN" style.  Can you guess how I'll be using those?

Imagine various Christmas papers used for each of at least 4 of these on my tree at Christmas ... one for each of my two children and their spouses.  No names ... just "WIN".   They'll each choose their own gift envelope.

Inside?    Did you guess??
 Lottery tickets!

Here's how you can make your own personalized gift card treats in time for Christmas!  Enjoy!

6" X 6.25" dsp was used in the video, but further playtime revealed that 6" X 6" works as well!  Yay!
I hope you'll enjoy creating with the oh-so-easy Gift Card Envelope and Trims Dies

Stuff ... It Happens

Hi everyone!

I have blogging news ... but alas, it's not the news I had hoped to be posting.
So here goes ...

After far more time & days than I even wish to admit ... the latest technique video that I've been working on most of this week has simply gone "Poof"!                From Millan.Net

That's the shortest way of saying that my editing program literally shut down mid-afternoon today.  No warning bells ... no saving ... no rescue ... no luck for this girl today.   Call me "Outta".

The rest of March includes a few family events, a couple of "away" appointments, a class here in my studio, and time to design & create my projects for the upcoming Creative Crew Challenge Gallery opening for April!  Then, and only then, I will plan to get this video out here, from me ... to you!

Thanks for your smiles, your generous sprinklings of Mojo Dust, and your patience!

Sorbet Mini Gift Cards & Box!

Are you ready to create?  How about this little mini gift card box set?!

These little gift cards are easy-peasy to make.  Their finished size is 2.75" X 3 7/8" ... perfect for those hand-delivered gifts, such as those darling flowers you know your BFF simply can not resist!  I used the same simple layout on each card, simply varying the sentiment, with or without punched layers.  Whip up a group of these in just a few minutes, then you're ready to make their little custom-sized gift box!

Gather up your favorite papers & cardstock, and get ready to create this cute little giftable.  Make some to give, but be sure to make one for yourself as well!

February! * Fun or Flurries?

Can you believe it's already February, 2014?
And to top it all off ... I'm a wee little bit 'behind' on my blogging as of this latest flip of the calendar.
Solution?   Start correcting that issue ... right now!

One of the January Creative Crew challenges back at Splitcoaststampers was to creative something other than a card for the CCREW0114HF challenge.  "HF" refers to 'Holiday Focus' ... and the challenge theme notes that January was National Hobby month.   (See why I'm a bit 'behind' now?)

Well, I just couldn't resist jumping into these 3D snowflakes as my contribution:

The one above turned out to be approximately 7 3/4" diameter, which is a nice "medium" size for hanging here in my studio.  I did happen to explore the original size I had viewed on the internet, but felt it was too large for my purposes, so I experimented with sizes for the starting square shapes to bring down the sizing for myself.  Here are a couple of 7.75" snowflakes that I used for packaging over the holidays.  All of the flakes were sprayed with Vanilla Shimmer Smooch Spritz for close-up shimmer ... a very easy & fun addition!

Here's my video tutorial to "enable" your own snowflakes decorations.  The video was actually created before I had this new SU-Only blog ready for viewers ... so it still refers to my other blog, Savor the Journey.  Signs of the changing times!   I hope you enjoy it.     ;)

If you have questions, I'm happy to try to help in replies right here, or via my contact button/email in the left blog column.   Happy day to y'all!
