Pumpkins in the Spring?!

Happy Mail Day * April Paper Pumpkin has arrived!
Wanna know why that makes it such a 'happy mail' day for me?

  • It is all-inclusive!  .... really?
  • exclusive Stampin' Up! stamps
  • Stampin' Up! inks
  • pre-cut card stocks
  • pre-cut papers
  • embellishments
  • special adhesives if needed (i.e. Dimensionals)
  • envelopes for the card projects
  • perfectly portable in its own box
  • I just add my own regular adhesive and my scissors!
Enjoy watching April's Paper Pumpkin take shape!

Psssst!  It's ready to take along if you hope for a little creative break during travels or weekend away, and it's actually quite kid-friendly as well.  Invite a niece, nephew, Grand, to create with you for a treasured time they will long remember.  Better yet, give a 3-month subscription as a very special recurring birthday gift they'll receive in the mail!

Here's a sneak peek at the May Paper Pumpkin kit!

At our OnStage event earlier this month, we got to make one of the cards coming up in this kit.  The Many Manly Occasions kit will include 8 laser-cut cards and envelopes ... and it is seriously a terrific kit!

Tex's Tip:  Refer your friends to subscribe from me by May 10 to get a kit, then come over & create them with me, or if you're not close by, invite your friends over for your own Paper Pumpkin creative evening!  Let me know if 2 or more friends subscribe along with you, via my link, and you'll be receiving a Bev Bonus from me!

Discovering Wings > Flying Away? * Get Well!

Did you notice the Retiring List?  (<< click to view)
In stampy-reality, it signals "time to finish the wish list".

Did you happen to notice that the Bird Builder Punch is getting ready to discover its wings and 'leave the nest' ...  flying away ... leaving just as Spring is beginning to wake up across the USA?
Bev's confession:  I'm rather bummed about this.   Punch fan here ... and this one is a 'must have', in my opinion (IMO).

So in my quest to use retiring products while they're still available, I've created a CAS card suitable for your stash box ... this one is for those 'get well' needs that pop up out of nowhere.

Truly an easy to recreate card ... and the majority of
products used here are retiring!
Are you a fan of punches?  Create shapes at your stampin' table, in your kitchen, sitting in front of the TV, or while riding in a car.
Punches are:
  • portable
  • hand-held
  • easily shoved into your crafty tote
  • no machine required!
  • What's not to love?
I whole-heartedly recommend scooping up the delightful Curvy Corner Trio punch before it disappears, unless you don't mind being stuck with coming over here to use mine every time you wish you had one.

Remember to use the April Retiring Host Code D3BDK2GT when you order!   My exclusive Bev Bonus for you is a free stamp set for your orders of +$50 before tax + shipping!  Once I receive your qualifying online order I'll arrange that with you via email.
*Click here to start shopping while retiring items are available.

Meanwhile here in the studio, preparations are in full swing here for a team stamp-together this weekend.  Sharing, stamping, showing, sipping, surprises, learning ... and the best part >>> lots of friends making new friends and team fellowship with fabby crafty-loving peeps!  We always have room for more, whenever you'd like to step inside our delightful group!

Following My Own Advice * Use It!

It's been a beautiful weekend here so far, including a fun + fabby class yesterday and some enjoyable time creating this afternoon.    Since the Retirement List has been published (linked over in the right-side column!), I'm turning some of my focus toward items that are retiring, but not entirely ignoring things that are sticking around.

Being a card-maker, I naturally send cards after making them!  So this afternoon I concentrated on one clean'n simple (CAS) design while using some of the retiring In Colors.

Actually ...  I created several, then listened to my own inner voice.  We all like to use what we have, and I'm certainly no different!
~
I often advise customers and team members to use what you have when modifying or recreating something later.   So, I browsed through my collection of sequins, buttons'n such and made a fun find!
~

The left-over sequins from a previous in-color assortment just happened to work perfectly with the Lost Lagoon and the Tangelo Twist versions of this card.  And the gold sequins in the current Metallic Sequins Assortment provides the perfect flat bling for the Hello Honey version.
~
So ... I've named a few retiring items ... and used more than I've named above.  There are 2 more items used that are retiring, so if you'd like to add either the Curvy Corner Trio Punch and/or the One Big Meaning stamp set to your collection, now is the time!

Special Note!  If your order is $50 or more before tax/shipping, I'll have a little surprise for you too!  When ordering during April, use this Host Code: D3BDK2GT  Once I know you've ordered via this specia host code I will email you to let you choose your bonus!  This exclusive offer applies only during April 2016 when using the Host Code: D3BK2GT .  It's simply an added bonus from me to you!  Click here to get started!

OnStage 2016 Highlights!!

Hello everyone!

While it's always good to be back at home, I have to say ... I miss my stampy peeps already!!   I'm saying that with a gigantic smile on my face, so no worries of course.

While I prepare for Saturday's class, I've had to hold off on photo editing my personal OnStage photos.  No need for concern ... because next week when you've already seen the pics from so many other lucky attendees, I'll be showing you some of my pics!  LOL

In the meantime, I want to share the official Stampin' Up! Highlights video from last week's OnStage Live event held in Salt Lake City, Utah.  If you were there, you will savor this, like me.  If you were not there, make plans to join us at one of the OnStage events coming up in November at various cities in the USA and globally as well!  Please *contact me*, or just *click here* to purchase a starter kit if you'd like to be spoiled and delighted all at the same time with the rest of us!

Weekly Deals & Changes!

Heads up, my stampy friends!

Weekly Deals began to help reduce overstocked inventory. As we've reduced excess inventory, the variety of products available for Weekly Deals has decreased, making the deals less exciting, so we're replacing Weekly Deals with a less frequent but better promotion called Special Offers. These Special Offers will occur every few months as inventory allows (the goal is still to reduce overstocked inventory) with more products and discount tiers than Weekly Deals (offers may vary per market). The last sets of Weekly Deals will be April 5-18.

Also, our retirement list for the end of the current Annual Catalog will be coming out mid-month. Be sure to check back for info regarding what will and will not carry over to our next catalog. If you are enjoying using the 2014-2016 In Colors, I would suggest ordering the refill for your ink and extra card stock NOW. Those items usually run out by the end of this month.

A Quick Little Something for Little Mr. Right!

Hoping you've been having a beautiful opening to Spring, 2016!
Visiting guests, tourist-type comings 'n goings, and get-togethers of family and stampers have really been keeping me on my toes!  (Plus a falling ceiling ... then more falling ceiling ... hummppphhhhh! )

Stamping time took a bit of a 'hit' during recent days, so I needed a quick little something to calm that creative voice today.  What to choose?  What to stamp?  Choices are everywhere, m'friends!!  So I chose to browse the SCS Challenges just to zero-in on a plan.  Congratulations to Simone N over at SCS on being this week's featured stamper (FS478)!   Her girly baby card featuring a cute little giraffe instantly started my reach for my Something for Baby stamp set and coordinating Baby's First framelits.

Now I just need to create another one as "follow-up" in a girly version with a couple of changes, and I'll at least be prepared for the next "arrival"!  (Not here!   - Strictly in the 'friends' category at this point! LOL)   Or ... perhaps this will spur on a swap-creation-day for our upcoming OnStage event in Salt Lake City!  There's an idea!  Stampin' Up! demonstrators from SO many places will be gathering in just 2 more weeks in SLC for training, swapping, hugging, LOL's galore, and lots of "catching up" with friends plus making new friends!

Psssst!  If you adore quality products and would like to get yours at a discount like myself and countless awesome friends of mine do, I'm always happy to help you select your own starter kit to get your own discount rolling.  You'll be invited to some amazing stampy opportunities and be privy to some delightful sharing of ideas, hugs, fun and much more.  Just contact me any time or simply click here for further information.

Inky (((hugs))) to you!
